How long do I need to wear the Invisalign® aligner each day?

To achieve the best possible results, you should wear the aligner for 20 to 22 hours per day and only remove it when eating and for cleaning your teeth or performing other oral hygiene measures. Depending on the degree of correction required, treatment can take up to three months.

What does “internal” bleaching mean?
