Special hygiene measures – in the time of COVID-19
Of course some of you must be asking yourselves whether we are also seeing the eased Corona measures in a somewhat more relaxed way now?
Our definite answer to that is: No. We are continuing to take the current situation very seriously and consider ourselves obliged to keep to the current hygiene measures, both for the sake of our patients and for our employees. We have developed further hygiene measures to add to the official recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute.

It is especially important for us to ensure that already at the initial stage communication between you and our team is hygienic and provides distancing.
Air purifying filter
In the waiting lounge and in every treatment room, particles up to a size of 0.003 micrometres (including Corona viruses) are filtered out of the aerosol.
Hand disinfection in the entrance area
We offer you the opportunity to disinfect your hands, both on entering our practice and on leaving.
Face visor, face mask and hood
These three items provide effective protection against infection.
Regular antibody tests
We offer all our patients and our entire INTEGRA team regular tests in order to check whether the body has already formed antibodies against the Corona virus.
Social distancing in the waiting area
To ensure a risk-free stay in our waiting room we guarantee a two-metre distance from chair to chair.
Regular ventilation
Not only the rooms in common use at INTEGRA but also in particular the treatment rooms are ventilated for at least 10 minutes between treatments. This is able to reduce the potentially virus-carrying aerosol.
Hydrogen peroxide nebulisation
We use our professional equipment to disinfect the entire surface area in all treatment rooms daily.
Hydrogen peroxide mouthwash
Before and after every treatment, patients can rinse their mouths with a hydrogen peroxide mouthwash. This serves to reduce the amount of viruses in a patient's mouth in order to protect the practice staff from infection.
